Every bite felt so “clean”! My stomach felt warm afterward, no discomfort at all. Highly recommend the homemade pita bread—warm, fluffy, and fragrant with wheat when it comes out of the oven. Tear it open to see that soft, stretchy texture, and dip it in the shop’s secret sauce—so good it’ll make you dance! I seriously wanted to take this sauce home with me—it’s savory with a hint of tang, perfect with anything. The side dishes are all refreshing too, I wanted to try a little bit of everything～ The biggest surprise was the “black ball” in the platter ⚫️—it’s dense yet juicy, and tastes like beef filling. The last time I had beef filling this amazing was at a specialty American burger joint, so finding it here was such a nice surprise!
