My friend and I stayed here for one night on April 30th to see Take That! – and from check-in to check-out, it was an absolute delight. Thoughtful touches, beautiful design, and service that truly went above and beyond. 🧳 Smooth Arrival & Warm Welcome Easy check-in with friendly, efficient staff A welcome drink on arrival (or a drink voucher if you prefer) – such a nice gesture! πŸ₯‚ Luggage storage offered both before check-in and after checkout – so helpful for exploring London hands-free πŸ›οΈ A Beautiful, Thoughtful Room We loved the stylish decor and peaceful atmosphere Heated bathroom floors – a luxurious touch after a shower 🚿 Quiet and calm – no noise from other guests Turndown service included: Cozy slippers laid out by the bed πŸ₯Ώ Cushions neatly tidied A small tube of night cream, plus water and a glass on the nightstand πŸ’§ (I felt so bad for housekeeping – we’d rushed off and left clothes everywhere! πŸ˜…) 🍸 Great Bar & Customer Service We didn’t eat in the restaurant, but the bar was lovely – and again, the customer service was excellent. πŸŽ‚ A Sweet Birthday Surprise They even surprised me with a birthday dessert – so thoughtful and delicious! 🍰 πŸͺ΄ One Small Note – Look Closely! The hotel sign was partly hidden by a plant outside – my friend and I walked past it a few times!
