What a stunning hotel! The interior designer truly outdid themselves with the lobby and lounge areas—sleek, elegant, and full of personality . From the moment we walked in, we were captivated by the sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere. And the views? Absolutely breathtaking 🌊! Whether day or night, the scenery from our room and the common spaces was nothing short of spectacular. During our visit to the hotel’s restaurant, we had the pleasure of being served by Javier—a true gem 👏. His attention to detail, warm demeanor, and professional service stood out in the best way. Javier definitely deserves a raise! Also, a special mention to Eduardo at the valet—so kind, prompt, and helpful 😊. Staff like these truly elevate the entire guest experience. If there was one downside, it was the bed 😕. Unfortunately, it was quite uncomfortable—from the firmness of the mattress to the pillows that didn’t offer much support. After a long day of exploring Miami, a good night’s sleep was hard to come by. That said, the hotel’s beauty, service, and amenities still made our stay memorable.
