Exploring spots I’ve never been to on the map — Boise, Idaho edition! 📍 Coa de Jima Friday night in downtown was packed — so lively! 🤯 Grilled octopus legs 👌 + pork shank tacos 🌮 → tasty! (Almost as good as Roots… lol inside joke 😜) Finally… white people food that actually fills you up and makes you happy! 📍 Pho Nouveau Standard pho 🍜 — perfect for warming your soul + grilled pork tray → the roasted pork was delicious! 📍 Boise Fry Co. Fries in all colors of the rainbow! 🍟 Tried purple and russet — both yummy, though I couldn’t tell much difference 😅 📍 Texas Roadhouse The “when there’s nothing else” option 🥲 Kinda like eating at Nanjing Da Paidang back home — only here for the little rolls! 🍞 📍 Babacoa Trying too hard to be fancy 💁‍♂️ Ribs were super tough 😵 Salmon tartare → just okay Seafood risotto… with chicken wings?! 🤯 …and weirdly spicy… with a pool of water under the rice 🥘 This dish is so American — lower your expectations and you might survive 😂 📍 Stil Yummy ice cream! 🍦 You can sample flavors — forgot to snap the menu, but I tried mango something + classic vanilla ✅ #BoiseFoodExplorer #IdahoEats #WhitePeopleFoodChronicles 🥔✨
