A Half-Day Trip to the Romantic City of Verona

💛We drove from Bologna, and the journey took about 1 hour and 45 minutes. ★ Lunch Recommendation. Restaurant: Locanda 4 Cuochi. Cost: €85 for two Review: A Michelin one-star restaurant with exceptionally delicious food. Highly recommended! ★ Sightseeing. Lamberti Tower. Ticket: €4.5 (student price) Experience: The view was nice, but taking photos was a bit challenging due to the mesh fence. ☀️Basilica of Sant'Anastasia: Ticket: €4 per person. Review: The church looked impressive, but we skipped going inside to catch the sunset. 🥝Castel San Pietro Funicular. Ticket: €2. This was the highlight of my trip! To avoid missing the sunset, we took the funicular up. A one-way ticket costs €2 per person. 🍊Since we bought the tickets around 4:30 PM, we could only purchase one-way tickets. The walk downhill took about 10 minutes and wasn’t too tiring.View: The scenery was beautiful, but it was too crowded to take many photos. 🍧 Classic Attraction: Juliet’s House.
