Those who have done their research must have heard of this famous restaurant. We tried to walk in for the first time, but it was fully booked for the whole day, and we couldn't even get a reservation for the next day's mealtime. We had to book for the evening, and there were still super many people. Be sure to make a reservation in advance if you want to dine here. 🥪 French Young Lady I saw many foreign tourists in the store ordering half a portion each, but the three of us couldn't finish a whole portion. It's very filling. The outermost layer is a cheese crust wrapped around two slices of bread, with a thick steak at the center and some ham and other meats nearby. The sauce has a strong tomato flavor, and overall, it's a rich and carb-loaded dish. 🧅 Fried Onion Surprisingly, it was quite delicious. The outer skin was crispy, and the onion was not spicy but slightly sweet. The most noteworthy thing was the black garlic aioli that came with it. The famous black garlic was not strange at all; it was just a savory aioli that was quite refreshing and helped to cut the greasiness. It's highly recommended! 🧆 Black Truffle Meatballs This dish has a taste similar to fried lion's head meatballs, without much truffle flavor, which is very suitable for Chinese taste buds. 🍄 Smoked Mushroom and Asparagus This was quite tasty! The asparagus and mushrooms were stir-fried to a slightly dehydrated state, making them taste like stir-fried dried bamboo shoots.
