A Healthy Choice in Las Vegas 🥗✨
True Food Kitchen is a mid-sized chain restaurant, and the Forum Shops location was my first time visiting. After several days of indulgent meals in Vegas, I was craving something wholesome, and this spot came highly recommended.✨ Although the restaurant wasn't full, the hostess seated me at the bar since I was dining alone. After a minute, I asked the bartender if I could move to a table. He replied, “Sir, you can sit wherever you like,” so I switched to a cozy four-person table in the back.🍝 The bartender continued to serve me, and I ordered the $27 Duo Dinner—a seasonal salad and pesto lasagna. The salad was fantastic, filled with mixed greens, sweet peas, cucumber, feta, and a delicious Thai basil vinaigrette. The lasagna was satisfying, though calling it "healthy" might be a bit of a stretch. The portions weren't huge, but they were just right—I even took half the lasagna back to my room for lunch the next day, and it tasted just as good! 🍝 I’m not sure if all locations share the same design, but this one in the center of the mall was stylish and tasteful. With a martini added, my total came to about $44 before tax and tip. Overall, it’s a refreshing and tasty option for anyone looking for a balanced meal amid Vegas’s endless indulgence. Highly recommend if you’re in need of a flavorful, feel-good bite! 💚 #TrueFoodKitchen #HealthyEats #LasVegasFood #VegasEats #WholesomeMeals #SaladLove #PestoLasagna #ForumShops #DiningAlone #GoodVibesOnly
