A Hidden Café 🍵 in an Art Gallery in Florence's City Center
IGINIO MASSARI The shop is not far from the Republic Square. From the outside, it doesn't look very remarkable, but once you step inside, there's a large dining area behind the lobby where you can sit down to enjoy coffee, have some desserts, and even take photos. The interior is very spacious with high ceilings, giving it a luxurious banquet hall vibe. 🏰 The lobby itself is simple and clean, with a few tables where you can stand to have your coffee and enjoy some snacks! It has to be said that Italian pastries are beautifully small and neatly arranged, looking adorable. However, they are a bit too sweet for my taste. So I usually just go for some baked bread or pastries. The one I can recommend is the Maritozzo! It has a creamy texture, and while many places offer it, this one feels more comfortable on the palate. 🥪 Another highlight is their coffee, which features a cute floating heart design. It's so delicate! Italians really have a knack for paying attention to details, even in things that seem unimportant. It's such a charming approach to life—taking things seriously while still being relaxed! 😄 Haha, there are so many types of croissants—different fillings, methods of preparation, and shapes. The Italian vocabulary for food is really challenging to master because there are just so many varieties! Surrounded by food every day, I still can't remember what they all are! Hahaha, it's a real test! #CaféDelights #StylishCafé #CaféExploration #CaféSweets #ItalianCafé #FlorenceTravel #COTDCaféHunt #CaféAmbiance
