A Historical Experience! Fine Wine & Beautiful Grounds! 🍇

We had a wonderful time at the estate. The property is absolutely stunning, with well-preserved architecture and serene landscapes that make you feel transported to another era. 🌳✨ I do wish I had researched the estate’s history and tour options more in advance—especially since not all themed tours are listed on Trip Advisor. Had I known, I would have chosen a tour that offered deeper insight into the history of slavery here, which is such a significant part of this place’s story. That said, our guide was truly knowledgeable and engaging—and incredibly, it was only her second time leading a tour of the estate! 📚💬 We still learned so much about the architecture, former residents, and cultural legacy of the property. The complimentary wine tasting was another highlight—smooth, flavorful, and served in a lovely setting. 🍷❤️ I’m already looking forward to returning soon to dive deeper into the narratives I missed.
