A Japanese Rooftop Restaurant in Miami 🌆🍣

Make sure to choose Salvaje for your Japanese rooftop dining experience in Miami! You won’t regret it 😍. As soon as you step inside, you’re greeted by an exotic and beautifully designed atmosphere. There’s so much to take in all around you—perfect for photos 📸. We were seated in the middle of the rooftop area and still had a lovely view of downtown 🌃. Our server, Camilo, took excellent care of us 👏. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations. Each of us ordered the skirt steak with potatoes and salad, which was served on a personal grill—so fun and delicious! We also loved the avocado slices 🥑. For drinks, we tried the Sea of Love ($22) and the Colada Salvaje ($22)—both were fantastic! As other reviewers have mentioned, we did feel a bit uncomfortable with one of Salvaje’s policies: you’re expected to leave within an hour and a half after finishing your meal to make room for the next guests 🕢. While no one outright rushed us, there were subtle hints. More guests mean more turnover—and we’ve never experienced this kind of policy at other Miami restaurants. Because of this, I’d have to deduct one star ⭐. Valet parking is available, and there’s also street parking 🅿️. The entrance is wheelchair accessible ♿. #MiamiRooftop #JapaneseRestaurant #SalvajeMiami #SkylineViews #DateNight #MiamiEats #RooftopDining #FoodieReview #MiamiViews #SteakOnGrill #ExoticVibes #WheelchairAccessible #MiamiPhotospots 🌇
