During a recent trip to Osijek, Croatia, I stumbled upon Lulu Fusion Bistro while craving Asian foodāand it completely blew me away. I ended up eating there four days in a row because every dish was that good. Why This Place is Special Unreal value: ~ā¬20/person for beautifully plated, nutrient-balanced dishes with complex flavors. (Rare in Europe, where many restaurants overcharge for mediocre food!) Chefās passion: The 40-year-old chef trained at Indonesiaās Shangri-La, worked in Zagrebās top kitchens, then returned to his hometown to open this gem. "Cooking is my lifeās joy," he saidāand you can taste it. Must-Try Dishes š¦ Duck Fried Rice ā Shredded roast duck hidden in a flavorful mix (you wonāt see it, but youāll taste it!). š Shrimp Paste Toast ā Crispy, umami-packed perfection. š Chicken Masala ā Served with fluffy flatbread and sweet sushi rice. šÆ Duck Spring Rolls ā Stuffed with mushrooms, paired with pomegranate-spiked sweet chili sauce. š Pork Bone Ramen ā Ask for lighter broth!
