π A Lovely Hotel with Outstanding Service & Prime Location! π
This hotel has left such a wonderful impression on me that I find myself returning again and again! π¨β¨ Itβs become my go-to place whenever Iβm in the city β and for good reason. π The location is superb β close to so many fantastic restaurants, cafes, and attractions. Right across from Broadgate, a shopping center is under construction, but Iβm happy to say I heard zero construction noise, even though my suite faced directly toward it! ποΈπ π We stayed in a junior suite on the top floor (Room 404). The decor was stylish and modern, with high-quality amenities and a gorgeous, spacious bathroom. It felt a bit chilly at times, but I suppose thatβs because I didnβt adjust the AC properly! π The bathroom was equipped with a Japanese smart toilet π½π«, and the bed was incredibly comfortable β I slept like a baby every night. π« The in-room facilities were top-notch β something many hotels cut back on, but not here! There were quality snacks, drinks, and premium toiletries including lovely shampoo and bath products. Itβs clear they donβt compromise on guest comfort. π§΄πΎ π What stood out the most was the staff β every single person I encountered was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make my stay perfect.
