A Must-Try Restaurant for Chinese Food Cravings!

Sligo’s Hidden Gem: Miss Suzy Restaurant! #ShoutoutToLocalFood This place saved my "stomach" and gave me the perfect excuse to skip cooking—pure bliss! 🙌 If you’re ever in Sligo, you have to visit this restaurant, right in the heart of town. The owner is 100% Korean and makes her own kimchi—absolutely insanely good! 🤤 The chefs are mostly from Shenyang, China, so you get the best of both worlds. At first, my go-to was their Jajangmyeon —but not your typical version. Their beef-based sauce is next-level delicious! Later, they updated the menu with classic Korean spicy ramen, and oh my—it’s FIRE! 🌶️🔥 Add some of that homemade kimchi, and you’re in heaven. Their sushi rolls are also amazing—beautifully crafted with premium ingredients, a million times better than local spots! 🍣💯 Fun fact: The owner lived in Dalian, China, for 17 years, so her Northeastern Chinese dialect is flawless! Once you become a regular, she’ll often hook you up with free side dishes 🥢 and chat like family—so heartwarming! ❤️ Pro tip: Lunchtime is usually walk-in friendly, but dinner? Better book ahead! 📞 #LifeInIreland #ChineseFoodLover #HiddenGem #SligoEats #IrishRestaurants #KoreanFood #Jajangmyeon #SpicyRamen #AfterWorkMeals #FoodDiary #IrishSushi #IrishKoreanFood
