A Must-Visit Dreamy French Restaurant in Paris

📍 Address: Rte de la Vge aux Berceaux, 75016 Paris, France 💫 Ambiance: This restaurant is housed in a 19th-century glass palace, originally a hunting lodge of Napoleon III! With its transparent dome and vintage crystal chandeliers, it feels like a fairytale during the day when sunlight streams in, and the romance is heightened at night with flickering candlelight. After your meal, you can take a stroll in the forest garden and feel like the leading lady of a French drama! 🌹 💕 Service: The service was generally good, though they didn’t clear the table after the bread course, and it remained uncleared until the end. 🍹 Food: Measured against the standards of a Michelin one-star restaurant, I found the food to be surprisingly delicious. The plates were served hot, which is a nice touch. I highly recommend the Dublin Bay prawns with morels and the crab-stuffed radish. What touched me was that when I mentioned in my reservation that it was my husband’s and my anniversary, they prepared framboise ice cream with two little candles for us. 😆 In terms of the food, while I think you might find better options in Paris at a similar price, this place excels in its ambiance, service, and parking facilities. They also have an extensive wine list—thick as a book! Dessert: The strawberry and orange desserts were both quite good. #FrenchMichelin #ForestRestaurant #Paris #TravelDiary
