🍷 A Must-Visit for Red Wine and Steak Lovers
"A meal without WINE is called Breakfast" – A meal without red wine is just breakfast.😍 This Italian restaurant, located on the other side of the river from Florence's city center, specializes in steak and is perfect for food lovers who enjoy red wine and steak. The interior is decorated with various well-known red wines, and even the door frame is adorned with wine corks, which is quite interesting.💕 Although the restaurant is known for its steak, considering the large portion sizes, I opted for other pastas and a smaller portion of filet mignon. On the recommendation of the owner, I ordered Carpaccio di Black Angus as an appetizer. It's a type of thinly sliced raw beef, served with vegetables, nuts, and a unique sauce, which was very fresh and special. The classic Carbonara was also delicious; the ham inside was not greasy at all, probably because it was fried, giving it a crispy texture. I chose the filet mignon from Scottona, which had a moderate portion size but was nicely plated and very tasty. For those who love truffles, there is an entire menu dedicated to truffle dishes, including both pasta and meat options. The desserts were average but varied daily.👍 It's worth mentioning that the restaurant staff were very热情 and attentive, and they appeared very professional. They would explain the ingredients of each dish in detail and constantly remind guests not to waste food! When you come here, you must order a large steak to share among several people, as everyone is here specifically to enjoy Florence's famous steak!
