🏰 A Must-Visit Hidden Gem Café in Turin ☕
Review: I've had so many snacks that I don't have many photos left. After much effort, I found the picture of their signature cake – Basque cheesecake. With a gentle bite, you can feel the cheese slowly melting in your mouth, rich and flavorful without being overly heavy. It's not the thick American cheesecake I usually have. This one, made with cheese, has a sweet creaminess that perfectly outshines the American version. Each piece leaves me wanting more. For my birthday this year, a friend bought their Black Forest cake 🍰. The cream in the Black Forest cake is incredibly delicious. As someone who doesn't love cream but adores sweets, this cake, though not large, left me utterly satisfied. It turns out it's not that I don't like cream, but I'm just picky about it. When it's good, I can't stop raving about it. The cake is adorned with berries and chocolate shavings, a perfect combination with the just-right moistness of the cake base. It was so good that I later brought one for a friend. Matcha Mille Crepes and Matcha Towel Roll 🍵. Besides being delicious, they are simply tasty. They're not made with the cheap, coarse matcha powder commonly found in supermarkets. The color of the finished product is exactly the same as in the photos, a rich, authentic green that's pleasing to the eye. I had the towel roll filled with strawberry cream. The bitterness of the matcha 🍵, the slight sweetness of the cream 🧁, and the slight tanginess of the strawberries 🍓 create a rich and delicate layering that has me thoroughly sold. #Italy #TurinItaly #TurinFood #MatchaLover #MatchaCake #UjiMatcha #Matcha #WeekendExploration #CheeseLover #HighlyRatableCafe #AfternoonTea #BasqueCheesecake
