A new Vietnamese restaurant in Waterloo 🍴

Strolling around Uptown, I noticed Waterloo has another Vietnamese spot—(come on, Chinese restaurants, step up your game!) It’s right across from LCBO. The restaurant has plenty of seating. We went around 1 PM on a weekend, and it was pretty empty, which was nice! We ordered the HA NOI PLATTER and their top seller (forgot the name… just look for “best seller” on the menu—that’s it!). The overall flavors are pretty close to what you’d get in Vietnam itself! Light and fresh, not the kind of meal that leaves you super thirsty afterward… 🌿 Next time, I want to try their pho—curious how it is 🤔 Also got a Vietnamese iced coffee, and it instantly transported me back to my trip to Vietnam! The coffee is rich and aromatic, and I absolutely love that hint of sweetness balancing the bitterness—it’s my jam ☕️ The portions and value for money are pretty solid in Waterloo, I’d say!
