A Nostalgic Restaurant Hidden in a Gallery

New York Restaurant Week 2024S 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Restaurant Week offers a $60 three-course dinner and a$45 two-course lunch. The place is quite unassuming because it’s filled with paintings; at first glance, I didn’t even realize it was a restaurant. The overall green and white retro tones, paired with exceptional service, really made me feel like old New York money. Salmon Tartare πŸ‘πŸ‘ The presentation is a full score, like a work of art, but I took the photo too hastily. It’s a refreshing appetizer. Heirloom Tomato & Watermelon Salad πŸ‘ Watermelon and cherry tomatoes are a safe bet. Spaghetti Alla Chitarra πŸ‘ A colleague ordered this, can’t comment on the taste, but I loved the look of it. Steak & Frites πŸ‘ Everyone else ordered this. It’s not mind-blowing, but the taste is still good; everyone cleaned their plates. Daily Selection of Cheese, Honeycomb, Fruits & Nuts πŸ‘ Even the random cheese platter is arranged so exquisitely. Honey Cornmeal Cake πŸ‘ I really enjoyed the layer of cheese cream on top; it’s not sweet at all, almost like eating a milk cap. This place seems to only participate in Restaurant Week for two weeks. If you happen to be near Midtown or going to MoMA, you should definitely give it a try! #RestaurantRecommendation #AtmosphericRestaurant #HiddenGem #FoodieCheckIn #NewYork #NewYorkLife #NewYorkFood #NYCRestaurantWeek #NYCTravel #NewYorkWeekend #FoodieMap
