A paradise for budget-conscious carnivores.

Restaurant Name: Ostaria dei Centopoveri Address: See comments for easy copying. I call this place the Florence paradise for budget-conscious foodies. The lunch set menu is only 14 euros, including an appetizer, main course, and a large glass of wine. The tiramisu is just 4 euros and incredibly delicious. If I weren't already stuffed, I would definitely have another serving of dessert! I’m even considering staying nearby the next time I visit Florence—I bet the dinner here is even better!😻😻😻 If you’re also visiting the nearby church to see Botticelli’s tomb (see my next post), make sure to stop by for a meal. I recommend visiting the church in the morning and saving some time to wait outside the restaurant for it to open. Once it opens, it fills up quickly. Although the place is quite spacious, the lines can be long.😀😀😀 The beef, pasta, and vegetable soup I had this time were all delicious. Surprisingly, the red wine was also very good.
