From the moment we arrived at Hotel Emma, we were completely captivated by the warmth, care, and attention to detail at this extraordinary hotel. I traveled with my mom and sister for a special girls' trip, and we all agreed — this was one of our most memorable travel experiences ever. Every team member we encountered showed genuine hospitality — from the front desk to the bellmen and valet team (they made us feel so welcome, even arranging golf cart and private car rides! 🚗💨). The concierge team went above and beyond — from thoughtful pre-arrival planning and personalized recommendations to organizing a wonderful hotel tour and a library wine tasting 🍷📚. Our room was gorgeous — cozy robes, plush towels, great views, and relaxing turndown service 🛏️🌙. We spent an afternoon by the pool listening to great music and sipping cocktails — the perfect mix of energy and calm 🏊‍♀️🍹. Evenings at Sternewirth were just as special — the staff handled the crowd with ease and crafted amazing off-menu drinks with a smile. Shopping at Curio was a delight — beautifully curated items, thoughtfully selected goods, and of course, warm and attentive service (shout-out to Denise — she was wonderful! 🛍️❤️). We also loved the hotel’s location in the heart of The Pearl — so close to the market, events, and that vibrant community vibe. Hotel Emma delivers hospitality at the highest level.
