A Pretty Tower – But Not Much to See in San Antonio 🗼🤷‍♀️

San Antonio is one of those rare cities that’s most beautiful at street (or river) level, not from the air. The Riverwalk is stunningly gorgeous, and the historic missions and churches are must-see stops on any visit. Unfortunately, you can’t see any of that from up here. That said, the view from the tower is still pleasant — you get a clear layout of the city and can spot a few landmarks in the distance. The staff working at the tower were super friendly, and the line was short when we visited. We were able to go up and down at our own pace, which was nice and relaxed. If you’re short on time or on a tight budget, I’d recommend prioritizing the Riverwalk, the Alamo, and local dining over the tower experience.
