A Restaurant Buzzing with the Aroma of Fireworks

⭐️Apart from the endless line, the semi-open kitchen is bustling with the smoky aroma of spices. Enormous pieces of meat marinated in spices are skewered on an iron rack, smoking and roasting over charcoal. Right next to the queue, the sizzling crispy pork belly, thickly sliced and placed on a plate, is temptation enough to reach out and grab a piece. Stepping into the restaurant, it’s a cacophony of voices. Though it’s a refined grill, it’s this human touch that makes the meal extra delicious. The appetizer, Greek salad 🍅 with feta, is so good and smoothly melts in the mouth! ⭐️The barbecue is served by the skewer, with very generous portions of meat that don’t hold back! The grilled chicken leg is a must-try for fitness enthusiasts – it’s incredibly tender and juicy with crispy skin seasoned with pepper and cumin, it’s a bite that fills the plate. Then, the eagerly awaited grilled pork belly, four thick slices that are so satisfying! The large chunks retain more juices and are still very flavorful. The grilled vegetables are a bit ordinary, the grilled green pepper isn’t as good, but the cocktails are a strong point – absolutely delicious!! They don’t lose to any cocktail bar.
