A Restaurant That Changed My View on "White People Food" 🍽️✨

This place was absolutely amazing – and surprisingly, I haven’t seen it recommended anywhere! After visiting Joshua Tree, we found this spot on Yelp with a 4.7 rating. Walked in and it was packed – full of locals, completely reserved, but we got lucky with walk-in seats! 🍀 We ordered three dishes – and every single one blew us away. No regrets at all! 🥑 Lobster Guacamole So rich and flavorful! Creamy avocado, refreshing sauce, slightly spicy and tender lobster tail, served with perfectly toasted bread. We were literally wide-eyed while eating it! 👀💥 🍣 Salmon Bruschetta Grilled salmon on white wine risotto – the rice was perfectly cooked (not underdone!), and the salmon was crispy outside yet tender inside. The sauce was incredible – not too heavy, with a unique herbal aroma. If I weren’t dieting, I would’ve finished the whole plate! 😂 🥩 Filet Mignon Really good, though not as mind-blowing as the other two. Still delicious though! 🍮 Coconut Flan Creamy and smooth – classic American sweet, so a bit sugary for those watching sugar intake, but totally worth trying! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! If you’re near Joshua Tree or Palm Springs, you HAVE to come here! 🙌 The service was excellent, prices were reasonable, and it felt more like creative fusion cuisine than a typical American steakhouse. They use fruit elements beautifully in their dishes – it’s not just "Instagram food" or basic "white people meals." Everything was thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor. Our total came to around $130+ (including tip). 💰 #HiddenGem #FoodieFind #PalmSpringsEats #JoshuaTree #CreativeCuisine #SoCalDining #WhitePeopleFoodActuallyGood
