A Sichuan Surprise in Bologna 🌶️

💗We originally tried to book a dinner reservation a day in advance, only to be told there was a three-week waiting list. Fortunately, while strolling in the area the next day, we decided to try our luck and managed to secure a table for lunch. 💧 The restaurant is compact, with a minimalist yet welcoming atmosphere. The staff were warm and attentive, and although a €2.50 cover charge per person was applied, complimentary drinking water was provided, making the overall experience great value for money. ⭐When it came to the food, Amole delivered an exceptional Sichuan experience. From the numbing yet not overwhelming mouth-watering chicken to the richly spiced couple’s beef slices ✅Their Sichuan-style beef is especially recommended: the meat was tender and deeply infused with aromatic peppercorn heat, truly outstanding.
