🇮🇹 Bologna / Restaurant Recommendation (With Discount Tips)

✅Le Arcate. Via del Borgo di S. Pietro, 59b, 40126 Bologna BO, Italy 💫Appetizers: Zucchini cheese, lemon-marinated swordfish. First course: Tagliatelle with ragù. Second course: Smoked steak. Desserts: Mango cheesecake, white chocolate ice cream 📷The zucchini cheese was something I wanted to try because it’s not commonly seen elsewhere. Though I’m not usually a fan of puréed textures, it paired perfectly with the bread. 🍝The citrus-marinated swordfish had a texture similar to smoked mackerel, topped with what seemed like lemon zest. Served with arugula, it was a refreshing starter. 👉The tagliatelle with ragù was solid—not overly rich, so it wasn’t heavy. The meat sauce was chunky and generous. The smoked steak was slightly firm due to the smoking process, but it was still tender inside. 💥The charred outer layer blended well with the fruity wood-smoked flavor, and the accompanying sweet-and-sour vegetables added depth to the dish. 💧The desserts were a delightful surprise. The ice cream wasn’t too sweet—it had a pure milky flavor with hidden white chocolate chips and even a hidden layer of tiramisu-like richness. #ItalianCuisine #FoodieRestaurant #Bologna
