A Solo 36-Hour Stroll in Savannah 🌆

A Solo 36-Hour Stroll in Savannah 🌆 5:00 PM Leopold‘s Icecream at the airport 🍦 The banana and coffee flavors are amazing—fell in love at first bite! 6:00 PM Christmas market on Riverplant Street 🎄 Twinkling lights and cute stalls everywhere—couldn’t stop browsing! 7:00 PM Dinner at Rhett 🦪 Oysters so fresh they practically burst with brine—delicious! 8:00 PM After dark, the whole city is wrapped in the shadows of live oaks and the mist of Georgian Lake. Legend has it this Southern city was once famous for being haunted 👻—the vibe is instantly spooky! 9:00 PM Drinks on the rooftop 🍷 A cup of mulled wine + a classic whiskey, to Southern jazz, with Georgia on My Mind on loop—pure laziness bliss~ Sunrise the next day 🌅 10:00 AM Telfair Square/Telfair Museum/Jepson Center 🎨 The museum houses the original statue of the girl from Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil. The artworks aren’t stunning, but both buildings are gorgeous—super photogenic! 11:00 AM Chippewa Square 🎬: Filming location of Forrest Gump. “Life is like a box of chocolates—you never know what you’re gonna get,” but at least everyone loves a little sweetness~ Chocolat by Adam Turoni 🍫: Delicious handcrafted chocolates. Pick some and eat them on a park bench! The Booklady Bookstore 📖: A fantastic independent used bookstore with great book selections. 12:00 PM SCAD Story 🎥 An interactive film about Savannah College of Art and Design—vivid like a Disney attraction, full of energy. Made me want to enroll! 12:30 PM Lunch at Gryphon 🥪 Highly recommend the iced earl grey, scones, and asian salmon—every dish looks amazing, no misses! Grab a waitlist spot and check out the exhibition across the street while you wait. 2:00 PM Forsyth Park 🌳 A classic fountain with sunshine, blue skies, oak trees, and timeless Southern architecture. Grab a peach ginger tea (“the georgian peachy way”) from Collins Quarter in the park—refreshing! 3:00 PM Owens-Thomas House & Slave Quarters 🏡 Learn about Southern plantation history, and keep an eye out for historic buildings along the way. No rush with the exhibits—wander at your own pace. 4:30 PM Electric Moon rooftop observation deck 🌇 The city’s best viewpoint! Watch a pink sunset paint the sky, with cargo ships gently rocking the canal. Water feels like another way to carve time—breathtaking. 5:30 PM Wandering alone along the river 🌊 Misty riverside, pleasant scenery—stop and go, savoring the peace. 6:30 PM Dinner on the terrace 🥗 Casually ordered salad and sparkling wine, watching the Georgian Queen cruise ship glow with lights—healing and romantic. 5:00 AM Flight from Savannah to New York ✈️ Heading back with full memories~ #Savannah#Citywalk#SoloTravel
