A Stunning Hotel. Exceptional Service. An Unbeatable Location! 🌟

This gorgeous hotel truly offers the complete package: a beautiful property, an ideal location, and service that goes above and beyond. We booked a corner suite so our family of three could spread out comfortably. The room was absolutely lovely, and the staff went out of their way to make our son feel special by bringing him a rollaway bed to sleep on in the living area—giving him his own little space. 🛋️❤️ We dined at Bob’s Steakhouse, and both the steak and service were exceptional. At one point, we noticed a woman dining alone, celebrating her birthday, and the way the staff cared for her—and every other guest—was truly top-tier. 🥩🎉 The next morning, however, we were woken up by the sound of a dog barking. By noon, the barking was still going. Staff walked the hallway multiple times before locating the room where the dog was trapped alone. We later learned that not all guests disclose that they’re traveling with a pet, and some unfortunately leave them unattended for hours… 🐶😔 But here’s where the hotel truly shined: the staff and management team moved heaven and earth to relocate us to one of the few available rooms—the Presidential Suite. And what a suite it was! A full wall of windows offered miles of breathtaking views, a dreamy bathroom and dressing area, a huge dining table, and a full kitchen. We were utterly blown away and could not be more grateful. 🏙️💫 From this hotel, you can walk everywhere. There’s live music daily, delicious food, and it’s steps away from the Country Music Hall of Fame. Pro tip: request a room facing the “Batman Building”! 🦇 Stay here. Dine at Bob’s.
