A Super Delicious Fujian Seafood Restaurant in New York (1)๐ฆ
Tonight, after playing tennis, I went to a restaurant called Min Du Sheng Yan in Flushing with my friends. It was incredibly delicious and impressive. The seafood there is super fresh, with various kinds of fish ๐, crabs ๐ฆ, and lobsters ๐ฆ. The chef's cooking skills are amazing, comparable to those of top chefs in China. We all agreed that we should definitely come here again for our next gathering. We were first amazed by the Taro Paste Crispy Duck. The skin was fried crispy and golden brown, with a fragrant aroma. Inside, there was a layer of smooth taro paste. Highly recommended! ๐ The Steamed Pomfret ๐ was also super delicious. It was served whole, looking very impressive. The fish meat was tender, and the sauce was light but just enough to bring out the natural sweetness of the fish. The Stir-fried Pork Intestines were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with a strong spicy flavor. They went perfectly with white rice, and before we knew it, we had eaten a big bowl. #NewYork ๐ฝ
