A Surprising Forest Art Museum in The Hague: Voorlinden Museum π³π¨
This weekend, I came to the Netherlands to bid farewell to a friend and took the opportunity to explore The Hague. The happiness of seaside living is indeed higher; waking up to the sound of seagulls every day feels like being recharged by nature. βοΈ I visited a museum called Voorlinden on a whim, and it was full of surprises! Compared to classical art, I find contemporary art more relatable and resonant with my feelings. The museum is said to be in the suburbs and a bit far, but it turned out to be just a 10-minute bus ride from the central station, followed by a 20-minute walk. For someone like me who loves to walk everywhere, it was so easy! π€£ The museum is nestled in the forest, blending seamlessly with its surroundings, creating a very natural and beautiful setting. There are three main exhibitions that are quite interesting, including a small room with a Yayoi Kusama mirror installation. The gift shop has great taste and quality. π Friends coming to The Hague should mark this place down; I highly recommend it. #ContemporaryArt #ArtMuseum #ArtExhibition #Ootd #NoteInspiration #TheHague #DailyArtShare #RecommendAGreatPlace #Nature
