La Crema is definitely a hidden gem! 💛The desayuno criollo (Creole breakfast) we tried was absolutely exceptional—perfectly fried eggs with runny yolks, served alongside black bean rice, fried plantains, and crispy pork. 🍵Every bite was filled with the rich, aromatic flavors of Latin cuisine. The freshly brewed coffee was robust and aromatic, perfectly awakening the senses in the morning! 🍺The restaurant’s empanadas (Latin American stuffed pastries) were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside—we highly recommend the beef with cheese and chicken flavors. 🥐 The cachapas (corn pancakes) were sweet, soft, and filled with melted cheese, offering layers of delightful texture.
