For milk-based coffee, I tried the cortado—the coffee aroma was distinct, though the overall flavor profile wasn’t as impressive as what I’ve experienced at Devoción. ☕ ✨The staff mentioned that their seasonal tiramisu latte is highly praised, but unfortunately, I didn’t get to try it. For pour-over coffee, I sampled two varieties: the Ethiopian anaerobic natural had a pronounced fermented quality with noticeable wine-like notes, making it suitable for those who prefer bold flavors. 💟 🌳The Colombian El Diviso beans, on the other hand, were clean and well-balanced.
