A trip to Sri Lanka

🔸 Visa👉👈 Visa-free. It is recommended to apply for an e-visa on the official website in advance (the Chinese webpage is a phishing site, fake). 😊 Then you won't have to queue up for a (visa on arrival) at the airport, and the process will be super smooth. 🔸 SIM Card Dialog, 50GB + 250 Sri Lankan rupees of call credit (can be used to buy more data later), 2450 rupees.👀 💞Shared by two people, which works out to 1225 rupees per person (about 30 yuan). 🔸 Major Transportation (Flights) Flight in: 1,669 yuan; Flight out: 1,077 yuan.💰 Flights are the biggest expense, but since we had a layover in Bahrain and got a lot of perks, it was still cost-effective overall.🎁 🔸 Minor Transportation Travel between cities was entirely by bus or slow train, totaling 4,465 rupees (about 109 yuan) – incredibly cheap!!💐💐 Except for renting a bicycle in Anuradhapura for 900 rupees (about 22 yuan), transportation within other small cities was on foot.👣👣 Colombo is quite large, and buses are hard to catch, so we mainly used PickMe to call tuktuks. Including trips from the airport to Negombo and tuktuk rides🚲🚲 when there was no public transport late at night, the total cost for tuktuks was about 33.36 yuan.💰 🔸 Accommodation🏡🏡 21 nights cost 36,430 rupees per person (about 888 yuan), averaging 42 yuan per day. We only stayed in a hostel in Colombo for one night; in other cities, we stayed in hotels or homestays, which were much more cost-effective than I imagined. Recommendations are in other notes, so I won't go into detail here.🛶 🔸 Tickets🎫 Dambulla Caves: 2,000 rupees; Colombo National Museum: 1,200 rupees; Isurumuniya Temple in Anuradhapura: 500 rupees. Total: 3,700 rupees (about 90 yuan).🌸 We visited the 30-dollar area in Anuradhapura, the Temple of the Tooth Relic, and Pidurangala Rock opposite Sigiriya, but got in for free by various strokes of luck.✨ 🔸 Food & Drinks🍚🍛🍵☕ Including all main meals, snacks, snacks, drinks, mineral water for 21 days, as well as the cost of buying ingredients and cooking by ourselves: total 56,314.22 rupees (about 1,373.52 yuan). Sri Lankan food isn't tasty, so we didn't really eat well.👍👍 The two most expensive meals: a buffet at Cinnamon Hotel in Colombo for 200 yuan, and dinner at Koha Surf Lounge near Unawatuna Beach for 108 yuan per person. 🔸 Shopping🍐🎼 I usually don't shop much during trips, but since the next part of the trip was returning home for Chinese New Year and the flight had a baggage allowance, my shopping expenses rose sharply. All in all, it totaled about 650 yuan. 🔸 Miscellaneous💕💕 Mainly fees for storing shoes at temples, using restrooms, and kitchen usage fees at some homestays: total 770 rupees (about 18.78 yuan). 🔵 Total Expense: 5,960.66 yuan Excluding flights and shopping, the total cost for 21 days was 2,564.66 yuan, averaging 122 yuan per day.🌻🌻 #TravelDaily#SriLanka
