Let me tell you about my absolute hero in Miami – Federico (or Freddie as he’s known)! 🙌 From the moment I arrived, he went above and beyond to make my trip unforgettable. It all started when I mentioned I wanted to explore the Everglades. Federico didn’t just give me a brochure – he personally helped me book the most amazing airboat tour! 🚤 The thrill of gliding across the water, spotting alligators and tropical birds in their natural habitat – it was an experience of a lifetime! And that was just the beginning... When I realized I wanted to extend my stay into early August, Federico worked his magic. He managed to secure my room for an extra night despite the busy season! But his assistance didn’t stop there. As a food lover, I’m always searching for authentic culinary experiences, and when Federico recommended Ceviche 105, I was skeptical about finding great Peruvian food outside Peru. Let me tell you – I was blown away! 🐟🍋 The ceviche was absolutely incredible, bursting with fresh flavors that transported me straight to Lima. It was, without exaggeration, the best Peruvian meal I’ve had outside of Peru!🎈 Throughout my stay at the Hilton Miami Downtown, Federico consistently ensured we were comfortable and that our voices were heard. The hotel itself deserves recognition too – the beds were incredibly comfortable, providing perfect rest after adventure-filled days.
