We spent two magical nights here the weekend before Christmas, celebrating my fiancé’s 30th birthday—and what an extraordinary experience it was! The view was so mesmerizing we could have easily spent the whole day curled up on the window sofa, watching the world go by with cups of tea in hand. 🍃🛋️☕ 🍽️ Dining at Madera on the 15th Floor We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast at Madera, the hotel’s 15th-floor restaurant—and it was worth every moment! The food was exquisite, the drinks creative, and the coffee rich and aromatic ☕🧡 The staff were attentive, warm, and genuinely caring As a sweet surprise, they brought out a complimentary dessert to celebrate the birthday—a gesture that truly touched us 🍰🎂 🎁 Thoughtful Touches Everywhere From a birthday cupcake waiting in our room to the staff remembering the special occasion in their service—every detail felt personalized and heartfelt. It’s clear this team doesn’t just do their job; they create experiences. 🎄 Location: Pure Christmas Magic Just a few minutes’ walk from the Regent Street/Oxford Street junction, we found ourselves surrounded by sparkling Christmas lights, festive crowds, and that infectious holiday energy.
