This was such a uniquely engaging dining experience! We had the pleasure of watching the chefs meticulously prepare and plate each of our five courses right before our eyes. The best seats in the restaurant are undoubtedly at the counter, so I highly recommend being among the first to enter when the doors open. ⏰🚪 Speaking of timing—the doors open exactly at 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM, not a minute early. It’s all part of the restaurant’s precise and professional vibe. While the menu remains a surprise until you arrive, they are more than willing to accommodate special dietary needs with advance notice. 📜🌱 Every dish we tasted was creative, flavorful, and beautifully presented.
