This restaurant has a 4.6 rating from over 1600 people on Google Maps, and after trying it, I truly think it's excellent and deserves a note recommending it. The restaurant specializes in Venetian cuisine, especially seafood. The interior decoration follows a Venetian nautical theme, with walls adorned with sailing ships, compasses, and other exquisite decorations. Stepping in feels like boarding a Venetian merchant ship—though not luxurious, it's full of atmosphere. The menu is packed with ten pages of variety, listing seafood and meat appetizers and main courses, and they even have a special menu every day. Unlike another highly-rated Venetian restaurant I visited with a similar Google rating, this place shows attention to detail; their menu is well-maintained and extensive, unlike the other one with a carelessly managed, tattered menu that I wouldn't recommend. I ordered a local Venetian dish, Spaghetti Al Nero with cuttlefish ink. At other restaurants, this dish is just a gloomy black mass of pasta that doesn't look appetizing, but here, it's paired with truffles, so you can smell the unique aroma of truffles as soon as it's served. The taste is a perfect balance of the cuttlefish's freshness, the sweetness of the truffles, and the savory sauce. Also, I highly recommend their grilled seafood platter, Grigliata Mista di Pesce. I didn't order it because I was alone and afraid I couldn't finish it, but the neighboring table had it and it looked incredibly delicious.
