A Vietnamese Gem in Glendale | Pho Co

Today I ordered the vermicelle noodles (bún) here—and the grilled beef on top was incredible! 🥩 It had that perfect smoky char flavor, and every bite paired so well with the fresh noodles. My friend got the classic pho, and the broth was super savory—rich and full of depth, no blandness at all 🍜. We also tried the spring rolls (gỏi cuốn) (you called them Bo Xiao!)- they were light and refreshing, stuffed with plump shrimp and crisp veggies 🦐. The pork slices were just “meh” in comparison—nothing special. But dip anything in the house peanut sauce that comes with the rolls? Total game-changer! It’s creamy, nutty, and so delicious—takes every bite to the next level 🥜. Inside the restaurant, most diners seemed to be white—didn’t spot too many Asian faces, which was kind of interesting! The average cost per person was around $25 🔪, which feels pretty reasonable for the portion and taste. Glendale itself is such a clean city—I love it! The Americana at Brand has all my favorite stores: BM (Brandy Melville),UO (Urban Outfitters), Aritzia, and HomeGoods. It’s so fun to wander around there 🛍️. Definitely one of my favorite cities in the area! #Glendale #GlendaleEats #LA #LAFoodie #VietnameseFood #PhoLovers #SpringRolls #FoodDiary #TheAmericanaAtBrand #ShoppingAndEating #LAEatsGuide
