A Whimsical Experience

☕Tucked just beyond the city limits, this little café feels like a dawn-time energy station. We arrived on the early train and, the moment we opened the door, were greeted by the sweet perfume of butter and vanilla. 💛 Behind the wooden counter the espresso machine hissed like a warm-up orchestra. ❤️I ordered the signature French toast—crisp outside, cloud-soft inside—while the pancake platter arrived so wide it nearly eclipsed the table, its amber maple glaze shimmering under the lights. 🌺The omelette, folded around sautéed mushrooms and spinach, was as fluffy as a freshly fluffed duvet. The biscuits and gravy were so rich they could have been ladled into a bowl and called soup—no fork wanted to leave the plate. ✨The real star is the miniature train that chugs along a ceiling track, delivering fresh toast with a cheerful “whoosh” that makes kids gasp. 🎄 Our server, Ella, refills coffee before the cup ever empties, joking, “The train can be late, but the coffee can’t.” Outside, morning mist clings to the valley; inside, steam and laughter mingle. #Cafe #Foodie #MexicoTravel
