A Wonderful Hotel with an Incredible Staff! 🌟

This hotel is fantastic—the room was comfortable, and the view from the balcony was absolutely stunning 🌅. The complimentary beach and pool towels were so convenient, and we really enjoyed using the gym and pool facilities 🏊‍♂️💪. Located right outside a bus stop and within easy walking distance to the beach and shops, it truly offers unbeatable convenience 🚍🏖️🛍️. The entertainment options and the cheese and wine nights were delightful, and I loved starting each morning with the complimentary coffee ☕. As a mom traveling with my two sons, I felt completely safe and comfortable throughout our stay.🏊‍♂️ The only minor downside was the elevator wait times and occasional crowding, though I suspect a few elevators may have been out of service during our visit. I’m confident this has since been resolved!🏊‍♂️ What truly made our stay exceptional was the front desk staff. They were consistently friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond. The lady who checked us in—I believe her name was Biki—was absolutely amazing ✨. We had just flown in from Japan with a 16-hour time difference and were completely exhausted. Although I hadn’t even asked for early check-in, Biki made it happen. She also helped rearrange our bookings so we could stay in the same room for all six nights, even though I had originally booked two separate reservations. The room she arranged for us was beautiful, and not having to switch rooms made our stay so much smoother and more enjoyable.
