A Wonderful Return Stay with Room for Improvement 🌟

My wife, our child, and I recently enjoyed our third stay at the Four Seasons New Orleans, joined this time by my parents—their first visit. I’m delighted to say we had another lovely experience. While we did encounter a few minor issues—something I hadn’t expected at a Four Seasons property and which has occurred during each of our three visits—the positives ultimately stood out more prominently. We truly adore this beautiful hotel, and this time, we were especially pleased with how attentive and responsive the staff were, even when small challenges arose.šŸ‘ āœˆļø Trip Planning & Pre-Arrival As always, I booked through my preferred partner travel agency, which provided valuable complimentary benefits. Our reservation included: A potential room upgrade upon arrival, subject to availability A one-time hotel credit of $200 ($100 for standard rooms, $200 for suites)ā¤ļø Daily breakfast credit of $96, applicable for both in-room dining and the restaurant—a pleasant increase from previous years that comfortably covered meals for two šŸ³ā˜• Before our trip, I used the excellent Four Seasons app to communicate with the hotel. Responses were nearly always instant and genuinely helpful. The team assisted with dinner reservations and arranged smooth and reliable airport transfer service. We also made a few minor adjustments to our booking in advance, and the hotel handled them with efficiency and grace.😘 I also reached out via email to Ella, the Director of Rooms, whom I had met on a previous stay. I wanted to confirm our room requests and ensure everything was in place for our family. Working with Ella was once again a pleasure—she reassured me that all details were carefully arranged, and indeed, everything was perfectly prepared upon our arrival.
