A Wonderful Trip in Miami! 🌴🛳️

We arrived on Saturday afternoon and chose to stay in Miami before setting off on a cruise on Sunday ⚓. We were able to check directly into our room, which was on the second floor. At the time, we didn’t think much of it, but we had quite a bit of luggage to carry up the stairs for just one night 💦. It was manageable for us, but it could be challenging for others. For that reason, I might request a ground-floor room next time. The room was very clean and smelled fresh 🧼. There was a dehumidifier running—and as a Florida local, I totally understand the need! However, it turned off during the night and started beeping, which woke us up 😴. If I’d known, I would’ve emptied it before going to sleep. The room was also a bit warm when we arrived, and with Florida’s heat, it took a while to cool down ❄️. The bathroom had a wall closet that limited airflow, so even with the AC cranked up, it didn’t get super cool. The ceiling fan definitely helped 💨. Although we didn’t use the pool, a lot of other guests were enjoying it 🌺. It looked really lovely—like a small tropical oasis! We visited Ensenada, the restaurant and bar inside the hotel, and the food was amazing! Don’t miss their churros 🥨. By the way… after getting off I-95, our GPS took us through a slightly questionable area 🚗. But no worries—the hotel area felt much safer and more pleasant. We loved the on-site parking, 24-hour coffee 🕒, the hotel’s historic charm, the friendly staff, unique decor, clean rooms, nearby cafés and restaurants, and the complimentary toiletries 🧴. We’d definitely book here again—maybe as early as this summer! Breakfast at Wewe Restaurant across the street was fantastic! 🥐 #MiamiStay #PreCruiseHotel #EnsenadaEats #TropicalVibes #FriendlyStaff #HistoricCharm #CleanComfortable #TravelTips #MiamiTravel #WillBeBack 🌟
