It might be a bit salty by the end, so it's great with bread. The dish comes with two duck legs, and the potatoes soaked in duck fat underneath are incredibly flavorful, I couldn't stop eating them. The skin is incredibly crispy, and it's roasted to perfection with a delightful aroma and flavor.
