Absolutely Gorgeous – A Truly Memorable Stay! πŸŒΊπŸ¨πŸŽ‚

I have to admit, I was pretty nervous after reading some of the reviews – but honestly, we had a wonderful stay celebrating our niece’s birthday! Joe at check-in was quick, thoughtful, and made us feel welcome right away. We were so grateful for the room upgrade – the suite was beautiful, spacious, and well-equipped. πŸ›‹οΈπŸ’– The pool and common areas were clean, beautifully maintained, and perfect for relaxing. The buffet breakfast at Sera was delicious, fresh, and offered plenty of choices – and eating at the hotel even waived the tourist tax, which was a really nice touch! 🍍πŸ₯‚ The shuttle to downtown was super convenient and made exploring easy. A couple of small downsides: the parking fee was quite high, and we felt the apartment could have been cleaned more thoroughly.πŸŽ‚ That said, a special thank you to the team for arranging our 7 PM late checkout (it came with a fee, but we appreciated the flexibility!).πŸŽ‚ This hotel will forever hold a special place in our Hawaiian memories.
