🎉 Absolutely Incredible – It Lived Up to Every Bit of the Hype! 🎉

Today, my husband and I had the pleasure of visiting this wonderful restaurant, thanks to a generous 60th birthday voucher he received – and what a memorable experience it turned out to be! 🎂🎁 We started with the appetizers: Mushroom Terrine for my husband – earthy, smooth, and deeply flavorful 🍄 Salmon Mousse for me – light, elegant, and beautifully seasoned 🐟✨ Both were exquisite and set the tone for what was to come. We initially planned to order another dish from the menu, but the Signature Wellington caught our eye – and yes, there was a £25 supplement per person. But we decided to treat ourselves, and oh, was it worth it! The pastry was golden and flaky, the filling tender and juicy… it was nothing short of perfection! 🥩🍾 Then came the puddings: A Cheese Board with jam, jelly, and fruited bread for my husband 🧀🍞 Vanilla Mousse for me – delicate, creamy, and not overly sweet 🍮💫 Both were flawless endings to an already spectacular meal. I’d been swimming the day before and came with a hearty appetite – and the portions here did not disappoint! The food was rich, satisfying, and left us feeling completely content. The staff were exceptionally polite, attentive, and engaging. A special shout-out to Clifford and the restaurant manager (who, if I remember correctly, mentioned he was from Dijon!). They chatted warmly with us and added a personal touch that made the experience even more special. 💁‍♂️❤️ The restaurant was spotlessly clean, the bathrooms were beautiful, and the overall atmosphere was simply unmatched.
