ADRIFT Mare has been open since summer 2023 inside the beautiful AKA Brickell Hotel in Miami, offering Mediterranean-inspired cuisine from acclaimed Chef David Meyers 👨🍳. Located on the 25th floor, the views are absolutely stunning 👀. The main dining room features high ceilings and spacious, comfortable seating, paired with excellent service 🤵. Valet parking at the hotel costs $15 🚗. The seasonal menu is relatively small, with a limited selection of appetizers, mains, and desserts—but what they do, they do well 📄✨. This was a return visit for us, and we enjoyed: House Margarita – Very good 🍸 New Old Fashioned (whiskey & sherry) – Well-crafted, though I’d skip the sherry next time; not my favorite flavor 🥃 Grilled Tuna Main – Delicious and perfectly cooked 🔥 Chicken Thigh Kebabs – Very tasty; a great main course Fluffy Bread Side – Seasoned beautifully 🧡 Crispy Eggplant – Huge, round, crispy slices—unique and delicious! Broccoli Side – Just okay (basic broccoli) 🥦 Dark Chocolate Tart (with mousse center) – Yum! 🍫 Many high-end Miami restaurants charge $150–200 per person, but ADRIFT Mare offers excellent à la carte food at a lower price point (around $100 per person)—making it great value for Miami 👍.
