Affordable & Adventurous Eats at Moobongri Soondae
In Vegas, besides AYCE spots, the easiest food finds are Japanese, Korean, and Chinese. Moobongri Soondae is the second most memorable Korean restaurant for me since the pandemic — right after L.A.'s famous seolleongtang. As someone who rarely eats pork blood sausage, I came with a touch of curiosity, tagging along with a Korean soup lover for a quick try. Google images of Korean blood sausage somehow made it look like a must-order! 😅 We got the small platter (the large is $44.99) — dark rice sausage with beef liver and tripe. ✅ Liver and tripe were great — not gamey, lightly seasoned, chewy yet fresh. Definitely worth trying! 🍲 Beef Rib Soup with Glass Noodles — ordered for my Korean soup-obsessed friend. Huge portion, enough for two bowls. The broth was clear yet rich and fragrant — so comforting! 🌶️ Spicy Pork Neck Bone Soup — my friend insisted I try this… and it almost caused a social crisis! 😳 The presentation was wild — a towering pile of pork bones garnished with basil and pepper. But there wasn’t much broth, and the bones were hard to tackle gracefully… 😅 Honestly, I was too focused on not making a mess to even remember the broth flavor! This place dances between affordability and adventure — definitely a memorable spot. Would come back next time I’m in Vegas! 🏠 Moobongri Soondae Las Vegas 📍 3385 S Decatur Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89102 💰 $20–30/person — way more affordable than Seattle! #LasVegas #VegasEats #KoreanFood #AdventurousEats #VegasTravel #FoodHunt #BudgetFriendly
