Affordable & Adventurous Eats at Moobongri Soondae

In Vegas, besides AYCE spots, the easiest food finds are Japanese, Korean, and Chinese. Moobongri Soondae is the second most memorable Korean restaurant for me since the pandemic โ€” right after L.A.'s famous seolleongtang. As someone who rarely eats pork blood sausage, I came with a touch of curiosity, tagging along with a Korean soup lover for a quick try. Google images of Korean blood sausage somehow made it look like a must-order! ๐Ÿ˜… We got the small platter (the large is $44.99) โ€” dark rice sausage with beef liver and tripe. โœ… Liver and tripe were great โ€” not gamey, lightly seasoned, chewy yet fresh. Definitely worth trying! ๐Ÿฒ Beef Rib Soup with Glass Noodles โ€” ordered for my Korean soup-obsessed friend. Huge portion, enough for two bowls. The broth was clear yet rich and fragrant โ€” so comforting! ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ Spicy Pork Neck Bone Soup โ€” my friend insisted I try thisโ€ฆ and it almost caused a social crisis! ๐Ÿ˜ณ The presentation was wild โ€” a towering pile of pork bones garnished with basil and pepper. But there wasnโ€™t much broth, and the bones were hard to tackle gracefullyโ€ฆ ๐Ÿ˜… Honestly, I was too focused on not making a mess to even remember the broth flavor! This place dances between affordability and adventure โ€” definitely a memorable spot. Would come back next time Iโ€™m in Vegas! ๐Ÿ  Moobongri Soondae Las Vegas ๐Ÿ“ 3385 S Decatur Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89102 ๐Ÿ’ฐ $20โ€“30/person โ€” way more affordable than Seattle! #LasVegas #VegasEats #KoreanFood #AdventurousEats #VegasTravel #FoodHunt #BudgetFriendly
