My girlfriends hyped up this popular Wagyu BBQ spot in Vegas so much that I booked two weeks in advance! It was my first meal after landing—talk about a welcome feast 😋🍻 🍖 Wagyu BBQ Boat We ordered the 5-person boat for 6 people (yes, we went all out!). It came with 8 different cuts of beef, arranged from lean to heavily marbled. Save the A5 Wagyu for last—it melts like silk in your mouth! 🥩✨ 🍣 Wagyu & Uni Sushi This was illegally good 😭! The Wagyu was so tender, topped with sweet uni—it practically slid down my throat. We ordered 4 plates and still wanted more! 🐮 Thick-Cut Beef Tongue Must be thick-cut! Crispy on the outside, chewy and juicy inside, yet amazingly tender. A texture dream! 🍠 Roasted Sweet Potato A random order that ended up being a star! Pre-roasted until soft and sweet—just warm it up on the grill. Moist, fluffy, and naturally sugary—I loved it! 🍯 🍦 Crème Brûlée Parfait / Matcha Parfait Tried both—I preferred the Crème Brûlée Parfait.
