Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 📍 Address: 3300 Old Seward Hwy, Anchorage, AK We ordered a half-and-half pizza with a thin crust—perfectly crispy and fragrant! 🍕✨ Also tried the tuna spread with bread as an appetizer—generously filled! 2️⃣ The Pump House Restaurant & Saloon 🥘 A well-known restaurant in Fairbanks, famous for its unique dining atmosphere and rich selection of Alaskan specialties. Built in 1978, the restaurant features a retro decor that recreates the vibe of the 1890s Alaska Gold Rush era. Plus, the polar bear specimen at the entrance is a highlight! 🐻‍❄️ Rating: ⭐⭐ 📍 Address: 796 Chena Pump Rd, Fairbanks, AK 99709 We tried their craft beer, venison sausage with clam chowder, and crab cakes. The beer was okay 🍺; the venison sausage tasted no different from pork sausage, the clam chowder was average, and the crab cakes were too crumbly (felt like they added too much flour). Overall, overhyped but average in taste—and not cheap either. 💸😐 3️⃣ The Cookie Jar 🥓 A popular spot in Fairbanks, famous for its delicious cookies, pastries, and breakfast items. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 📍 Address: 1006 Cadillac Ct, Fairbanks, AK A classic American breakfast—nothing extraordinary, but solid and satisfying. In a freezing place like Alaska, finding such a cozy breakfast spot is a blessing! ❄️☕️ 4️⃣ Arby's Burger 🍔 (Photos 17–18) A fast-food chain famous for its roast beef sandwiches, though it has recently introduced a variety of burgers. Not an Alaskan specialty, but a friend recommended it, so why not give it a try? Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ We ordered the Smokehouse Brisket—the filling was incredibly generous! With one bite, the smoky beef and cheese filled every corner of my mouth, complemented by crispy brisket bits.
