Robert Dam: Albuquerque, NM 87111 📍 The Dog House: 1216 Central Ave NW – try their corn dog! 🌭👍 🏨 Stay: Comfort Suites Albuquerque Airport 📅 Day 2: ABQ → White Sands National Park ☀️ Morning: Explore Old Town ABQ 🏜️ Afternoon: White Sands National Park ✨ Tip: Arrive at least 2 hours before sunset! Perfect light + enough time to wander & take photos. 🎫 After 5 PM, the Visitor Center closes (no entry check), and the park closes 1 hour after sunset. 🍽️ Lunch: Sawmill Market (food court with tons of options!) 🍽️ Dinner: Smiley’s Cafe (Chinese buffet, Panda Express vibe) 🏠 Stay: Foothills Cottage Airbnb 💖 Highly recommended! Hosted by a sweet grandma & grandpa. Beautiful Mexican-style decor, with handmade snacks and even little sand bottles for White Sands! 🥹✨ 📅 Day 3: Alamogordo → Santa Fe ⛪ Loretto Chapel ⛪ San Miguel Chapel (oldest church in the U.S.) 🎨 Santa Fe Plaza – artsy & historic ☕ Afternoon Tea: Kakawa Chocolate House – must-try chocolate ice cream brownie! 🍫😋 🍽️ Dinner: Dumpling Tea – noodle soup, dumplings, and soup buns 🥟🍜 🏨 Stay: Ojo Santa Fe Spa Resort – quiet hot springs resort 🧖✨ 📅 Day 4: Santa Fe → Taos → Home 🍽️ Lunch: La Boca – delicious steak & seafood paella! 🥘🔪 🛍️ Santa Fe is more charming than expected! Full of art, adobe buildings, and culture. Recommend 1-2 days here. 😐 Taos was quiet—we arrived around 5 PM and many shops were already closed.
