Albuquerque Food Diary 🍽️
MÁS Tapas y Vino Oh my goodness, the Berkshire Pork Belly here is absolutely divine! 😍 The meat was incredibly tender and flavorful, with a perfect crispy exterior. Served with a subtle sweet and savory glaze, it just melted in my mouth. This dish is a must-try for anyone visiting Albuquerque! The ambiance was chic and cozy, making it a perfect spot for a fancy dinner. Highly recommend! Indian Pueblo Kitchen I tried the Prime Rib Fry Bread Dip ($17), and it was mind-blowing! 🤯 The fry bread was fluffy and golden, perfectly complementing the rich, juicy prime rib. The dipping sauce added a tangy and spicy kick that tied everything together. It’s a unique fusion of Native American and modern flavors—so delicious and satisfying! The restaurant also has a warm and cultural vibe, making the experience even more enjoyable. La Guelaguetza Mexican Restaurant LLC Since I wasn’t familiar with the menu, I randomly ordered some tacos—and they did not disappoint! 🌮 The flavors were authentic and bold, with freshly made tortillas and generously filled with well-seasoned meat. However, be warned: the portions are huge and super filling! 😅 It’s a great place to explore traditional Mexican cuisine, but come hungry! The lively atmosphere and friendly staff made the meal even better. El Pinto Unfortunately, this place was a letdown. 😞 The food was pretty disappointing—bland and underwhelming, especially compared to other New Mexican eateries. On the bright side, the portions were massive (definitely enough for leftovers), and the environment was beautiful! The restaurant has a lovely patio with lush greenery and twinkling lights, creating a charming ambiance. So, while the food wasn’t great, it might be worth visiting for a drink and to enjoy the atmosphere! Overall, Albuquerque has some incredible food gems—just make sure to choose wisely! 😊 #NewMexico #NewMexicoFood #SantaFeEats #AlbuquerqueFood #SantaFe #ABQ #FoodieGuide
